How long does shipping take?
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery in the Netherlands usually takes 4-5 days after shipping.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is on the way.
Not yet. We’re currently focusing on serving our Dutch community with care.
Can I return a candle?
If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.
What if the scent doesn’t match my preference?
We recommend trying a smaller size first.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns for used candles.
Are your candles vegan and eco-friendly?
Yes! Our candles are made with coconut & soy wax, eco wicks, and essential oils. We avoid any synthetic or harmful ingredients.
How long do the candles burn?
• 100ml: approx. 18–22 hours
• 200ml: approx. 36–42 hours
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Do you offer custom labels or bulk orders?
How should I take care of my candle?
Yes! You can leave a personal message at checkout and we’ll include it as a handwritten note. All candles are elegantly wrapped in tissue paper and kraft for a gift-ready experience.
At this time, we don’t offer customization, but we welcome collaborations and bulk inquiries. Please reach out at almaydivine@outlook.com
Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn. Let the wax melt fully to the edges on the first use to prevent tunneling. Never burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn it on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts.

Is it safe to light my candle every day?
Yes our candles are made for frequent use. Just be mindful to never leave them unattended and always keep them away from children, pets, or flammable objects.
